Huading GF series tubular centrifuges focus on liquid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation, and are particularly suitable for complex systems with small density difference between the two phases (such as oil-water separation) or containing trace solids.
GF series covers all scenarios from laboratory level to industrial level, and the core models include GF45, GF75, GF105, GF125, GF137, GF150.

High-precision separation capability:


  • Ultrafine particle processing

    GF series can process nanoparticles with a particle size as low as 0.1μm, such as graphene dispersion purification, through aspect ratio optimization (drum effective height/diameter up to 4-8:1) and separation factor exceeding 21,000 (GF75/105).

  • Three-phase separation technology

    A multi-layer guide structure is set in the drum to achieve liquid-liquid-solid synchronous separation through density gradient, which is typically used for impurity, water and oil stratification of biodiesel.

  • Dynamic balancing system

    Adopts German FAG bearings and Swiss ABB motors, supports continuous operation for more than 24 hours, and controls the vibration frequency at 0.1-3.7Hz to avoid shear damage of delicate biological samples (such as plasma)

  • CIP online cleaning

    316L stainless steel material and modular design, supports acid and alkali cleaning agent circulation, and meets GMP pharmaceutical standards.
