Working principle


  • Fully automatic cycle process

    The main engine automatically increases speed after starting, and the inert gas (such as nitrogen) is replaced in the machine. After reaching the preset speed, the feed valve opens, and the material layer thickness is monitored in real time by the detector. The suspension is separated under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged through the filter cloth, the solid phase forms a filter cake, and finally unloaded through the scraper.


  • Siphon technology enhancement

    Some models (such as GKH type) combine the siphon principle, optimize the filtration speed by adjusting the siphon tube depth, and are equipped with a backwash device to achieve filter cloth regeneration.
