The machine can achieve continuous feeding, sedimentation, separation, washing, and discharging during full-speed operation. It features a compact structure, continuous operation, stable running, strong adaptability to materials to be separated, high production capacity, convenient maintenance, etc. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with a particle diameter greater than 0.005mm and concentrations ranging from 2-40%. It is widely used in industries such as the chemical industry, light industry, medicine, food, environmental protection, etc.

ln hydraulic driving, the bow and screw are driven by the variablefrequency motor + frequency converter + hydraulic mator.
Under the hydraulic driving mode, the difterential speed betweenthe bow and screw can be adjusted precisely through the hydraulic motar. When running at a very low differential rotation speed, the precision and stability are high-quality to those under other driving modes. When the bowl runs normally, the bowl and screwwill run at certain constant speeds. Once the load of the spiral material pusher increases, the hydraulic motor will adjust the spiral material power to run at an accelerated speed to avoid material blocking. When the machine is stopped for washing due to material blocking, the hydraulic system can separately drive the spiral material pusher to run so as to greatly improve washing maintenance efficiency.

ln single-motor driving, the bowl and screw are driven by onevariable frequency motor + frequency converter. This driving mode is simple, the operation is convenient, and the manufacturing costs are relatively low.
Single-motor driving is mainly used for materials with a constant solid content and those having no strict requirements for the water content of discharged solids. As there is no necessary differentialspeed adjusting mechanism, the differential speed between bowland screw can only be realized through changing the gear transmission ratio or the rotation speed of the bowl.

ln double-motor driving, the bowl and screw are driven by two variable frequency motors + two frequency converters.
Under the double-motor driving mode, the differential speed between the bowl and screw can be adjusted through simple adjustment of the rotation speed of the motor. Therefore, this driving mode is widely used for materials without a constant solid content and those having strict requirements for the water content of discharged solids.

After entering the cavity of the spiral material pusher through the feed tube, the suspensions will enter the cavity of the bowl through the material vent. The solids after sedimentation will move to the small end af the bow under the pushing action at the differential speed of the screw, and be finally discharged from the solid discharge port. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquids will form a hollow liquid ring and move to the longer end of the bow. After running over the adjustable overbaffle, they will be discharged from the liquid outlet under the action of gravity.

The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. The materials will enter the bowl from the teod tube. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquids of high specific weight will accumulate on the inner walls of the bowl and be discharged through the centrifugal pump or overflow plate. The liquids of low specific weight will form an inner liquid ring, stick to the surfaces of heavy liquids, and be discharged from the overflow channel. Under the action ot the spiral material pusher, the solids in the materials will be continuously pushed to the taper end of the bow and discharged from the residue outlet after going through the drying area
