During tha operation of various steem turbines and water turbina units, the turbine oil used for cooling, lubricating and speed adjusting can be easily polluted, which will cause the accumulation of moisture and impunties as well as emulsification of oil. All of these will severely damage operation safety and service life of the unit.

The disc separator can dehydrate the turbine oil, remove oil sludge, colloid, ermulsion and other impurities in the oil so as to make the turbine oil become clear without impurities and enhance the maintenance level of the unit. During the treatment, there is no need of stopping the machine and replacing new oil, the noise is low and the puritying capacity is high.

The centrifugal separator is equipped with a bow,l which can be used for liquid purifcation (clarification) and separation of liquid mixtures. The products enter the rotary bowl after going through the product inlet and are clarified, purified or separated in the disc systlem device. The heevy phase ater separation will move towards the upper sufaces of the disc gland and be discharged. The clanified and purified light liquid phase (substances) will be dlscharged through pressure by the centripetal pump. The solid substance after separation will accumulate in the residue area for manual removal.
