Three-phase working principle

The bowl and screw rotate at high speed with a certain differential speed between them. The materials enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, liquids of high specific weight accumulate on the inner walls of the bowl and are discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate. Liquids of low specific weight form an inner liquid ring, adhere to the surfaces of heavy liquids, and are discharged from the overflow channel. With the help of the spiral material pusher, solids in the materials are continuously pushed toward the taper end of the bowl and discharged from the residue outlet after passing through the drying area.
