1954-1983

Inception and Early Growth Established in 1954 through a collaboration between entrepreneurs and the government, the company originated as the Yixing Weighing Instrument Repair Cooperation. In 1969, it underwent integration under the Yixing Grain Bureau and was renamed the Yixing County Grain Machinery Repair Factory. Recognized for its excellence, the company was selected by the Ministry of Commerce in 1983 for China’s “Seventh Five-Year Plan” project. This led to the introduction of cutting-edge centrifuge technology and the production of disc centrifuges, earning accolades at both provincial and national levels.

Expansion and Renaming  Expanding its operations, the company acquired the Yixing County General Machinery Factory in 1986 and relocated to 10 Jiefang East Road, Yicheng. It was subsequently renamed the Yixing Grain Machinery Factory in 1988. In 1989, achieving a milestone with an annual output value exceeding ten million RMB, the company earned recognition as a satisfactory enterprise in Yixing.

Formation of Huading Group  During the period of 1996-1997, the Huading Group was established, marking a significant step in the company’s journey towards diversification and growth.

1998-2002

A Journey of Transformation In 1998, following the reform of state-owned enterprises, the Xingshi Huading Separation Machinery Factory was established. Comrade Yuan Shunqiang was appointed as the factory director, laying a solid foundation for the company’s development. In 2002, the company underwent comprehensive transformation and restructuring, becoming “Yixing Huading Grain Machinery Co., Ltd.,” specializing in the research and manufacturing of disc centrifuges and other oil separation equipment.

Global Expansion and Recognition  In 2008, the company entered the Alibaba platform, launching its international business. This marked a significant step towards globalization, allowing the company to connect with customers worldwide and expand its market reach. By 2012, the company was recognized as an “Advanced Enterprise in Export Earnings” by the local government, acknowledging its remarkable achievements in the international market and encouraging further improvements in product quality and service.

Technological Advancements and Honors  In 2016, the company was honored with the title of “National High-Tech Enterprise,” reflecting its excellence in technological innovation and research. This recognition established the company as a reputableer in technology within the industry, driving rapid growth. In 2022, the company received the “Private Technology Enterprise” honor, highlighting its efforts and success in technological innovation and application. In 2024, the company was awarded the “Cloud Enterprise” title by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. This accolade recognized the company’s achievements in digital transformation and the application of emerging technologies such as cloud computing and big data, enhancing operational efficiency and competitiveness.
