The drum speed can reach 2100-3000r/min, and the separation factor can reach up to 2621G, which can quickly separate solid particles and liquids in fly ash.
Customized design
The drum aspect ratio is adjustable (such as 4:1 or 4.3), which is suitable for fly ash treatment of different particle sizes and optimizes the balance between the settling area and the drying area.
Wear and corrosion resistance
Silicon rubber or fluororubber sealing structure is adopted, and the spiral blades are inlaid with ceramic wear-resistant materials to adapt to the high corrosion and wear of fly ash.

Chloride salt removal
In the pretreatment of fly ash washing, Huading centrifuge can remove more than 90% of chloride ions, providing qualified raw materials for cement kiln co-treatment.
Environmental compliance
The equipment adopts a sealed structure and explosion-proof design to avoid dust leakage during the treatment process, and complies with emission standards such as GB 16297.
